  • About The Role

  • This role is responsible for supporting customer service across the Speciality, Surgical, and Consumer Health divisions.

    The successful candidate will handle inbound customer activity across multiple channels, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

    You will work closely with internal teams and support the day-to-day running of the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound customer activity across all channels (phone, email, digital platforms)
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Deal with customer and supplier queries across all product areas
    • Support Business Managers across each business unit with customer service and operational tasks
    • Provide product information and escalate queries where required
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Produce and issue customer reports and documentation
    • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service
    • Assist with general administrative duties as required across Sangers NI and Primabrands Ltd

  • About You

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based, customer-focused role
    • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to manage workload in a busy environment
    • Reliable and organised
    • Strong organisational skills
