  • About The Role

  • Provide support for all business insurance activities, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and external insurance partners. Support the ongoing management of insurance policies, renewals, and claims to help protect group assets and maintain efficient insurance operations.


    Accountabilities

    • Support the collection and preparation of insurance data required for annual renewals, including gathering information from the business and updating schedules and records.
    • Assist with the completion and submission of underwriting forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to brokers/insurers.
    • Maintain organised and up‑to‑date records of all insurance policies, endorsements, and related documentation.
    • Act as a first point of contact for routine insurance queries from the business, escalating more complex matters to senior team members as appropriate.
    • Provide administrative assistance in managing insurance policies to ensure compliance with policy terms and internal processes.
    • Coordinate insurance‑related documentation, including certificates of insurance, impairment notices, and survey requests.
    • Assist with claims administration, including logging claims, tracking progress, liaising with third‑party claims handlers, and ensuring timely resolution.

  • About You

    • Experience in an administrative role within insurance, risk management, or a similar environment
    • Basic knowledge of commercial insurance principles and processes (e.g., policy administration, claims handling, renewal cycles).
    • Experience working with external service providers such as brokers or claims handlers (preferred but not essential).
    • Good organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
