  • About The Role

  • To maximise existing capability and further develop this to drive improved service levels for our customers whilst driving stock and efficiency benefits for the business. You will be the key supply chain expert for our Relex replenishment system, leading best practice across the team and working collaboratively across our key customers to deliver brilliant customer service whilst supporting future growth and value generation within the business.

    Accountabilities

    •  Maximise Relex’s existing capability and develop further capability to drive improved service level, stock and process efficiency benefits, becoming the business owner of change for Relex parameter changes.
    • Continue to develop the supply chain team’s Relex capability through best practice and model day consistency.
    • Driving continuous improvement in availability and stockholding through close working with all customers and customer facing teams to understanding exceptional and ad-hoc behaviours (e.g. price changes / promotions) to smooth any unforeseen spikes, supporting the supply chain managers and analysts to drive additional sales.
    • Key business lead to work collaboratively with IT and Relex to develop and maintain an IT roadmap for change for supply chain, managing the UAT and implementation of Relex future releases.
    • Lead elements of change through KVD’s as appropriate
    • Act as the single point of contact for cross category customer queries, owning the understanding and resolution of these to conclusion.

  • About You

    • 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain leadership with a strong track record of delivering change that delivery business value.
    • Demonstrate the ability to use relationships to engage, influence and impact stakeholders to drive improvements.
    • High degree of customer focus and commercial acumen
    • Owner mindset; experience of initiating and implementing process, system and people change in a complex cross functional business setting
    • A strong leader with excellent negotiation skills across all levels of the organisation
    • Flexible in approach and a proven track record of working under pressure to achieve goals
    • High level of interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written) and strong influencing experience
